If I order today, when will I receive my delivery?
Usually within 48 hours. We aim to despatch all orders received before midday on the same day, however orders placed after midday may not be despatched till the following working day. Although we try to despatch all orders within 24 hours, please note that in busy periods it may take an extra working day to process your order. Please contact us by phone if your order is urgent to ensure the best chance of next day delivery.
If you place any order that contains displays, please be aware there is a lead time of approximately 2 weeks as we custom make the displays to order. Please see the question on how to order displays for more details.
What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum overall order, but we do ask our customers to order the products by their minimum order quantities as shown on website. Free carriage on orders over £500 NET to UK Mainland.
Can I collect my order from your Peterborough warehouse?
Yes collection from our Peterborough warehouse is welcome. Please arrange your collection by phone or online when placing your order to ensure it can be despatched when you arrive.
Can I mix colours for each product type?
You can mix colours on all non vase items. We are unable to mix the colours of any type of vases due to the increased chance of damage.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, we strongly advise customers to visit our showroom and view the products in combination. We are also able to offer expert advice on all of our products and creating floral arrangements. If you wish to visit our showroom, please call in advance to book an appointment.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
Yes, showroom appointments are welcome, however, we can only offer a limited number of appointments each day. It is best to book in advance if possible. Please call Lauren or Karl on 01733 341000 or email sales@iepwholesale.com for more information or to book an appointment.
How many flowers are in a box of wooden roses (buds)?
There are 800 single wooden roses per box made up of 100 bunches, each containing 8 stems. You must order in box quantity, however, you can choose to order a box of mixed colours. In a mixed box of roses you can choose a maximum of 10 colours. Please see the wooden roses department for more details.
Which Trade shows do you attend?
We are currently attending 4 trade shows each year. The Spring and Autumn Fairs at the NEC, Birmingham, the Harrogate Home and Gift Show (July) and Harrogate Christmas and Gift Show (January).

What are your office opening hours?
Our offices are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
How do I order displays?
All displays are showing as Availability - Backorder. This is because we custom make our displays to order. Displays must be ordered in box quantity, however, you can have a selection of different colour flowers for each display. All vases must be the same colour.
Any orders that contain displays have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. All display orders must go on a pallet delivery. Please see the carriage terms for delivery charges and free carriage thresholds.
If you would like to order any displays place your order as normal and submit on account. If you have any special request for colours, please add in notes section before submitting the order otherwise we will pick a selection of our best selling colours for you.
What are the Carriage / Delivery Terms?
UK orders (Excluding Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Islands)
We offer free carriage on all orders over **£500 ex vat** and orders over **£300 ex vat** that do not include vases.
All orders under **£500** that include vases will be sent on pallet and the cost is usually around **£40**, and without vases under **£300** the cost is between **£10 -25**.
Orders are usually sent out within 24-48 hours and can be delivered next day if requested (+£5 approx for pallets) or economy 2-3 days.
Orders without vases are sent next day as standard with no extra charge.
Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Islands
We offer free carriage on all orders over **£750 ex vat **and orders over **£500 ex vat** (**£300** for Scottish highlands) that do not include vases.
All orders under **£750** that include vases will be sent on pallet and the cost is approximately **£60-75**, and without vases under **£500** (**£10-15** for Scottish Highlands) the cost is often in excess of **£25**. The prices do vary depending on location so please contact us for exact pricing.
Orders are usually sent out within 24-48 hours and can be delivered on an express delivery if requested (+£5-20 for pallets) or economy 2-3 days.
Orders without vases are sent on an express delivery as standard with no extra charge.
Europe and Worldwide
Quoted depending on size of order. An approximate cost of a pallet to Europe is between **£150 -200** depending on the country. We can usually fit between **£1000 - 1500 ex vat** of products on a pallet depending on the type and size of the products. We will always endeavour to minimise the cost of carriage.
